The commissioning landscape in both the NHS and Local Authorities is constantly changing and charitable organisations can sometimes find it difficult to keep abreast and respond to these changes.
The Brief:
St John Ambulance appointed Siskin to act as a fresh pair of eyes to support a better understanding of the evolving commissioning landscape and develop the charity’s Ambulance Operations offer.
Our Approach:
Siskin undertook a comprehensive review of commissioners and competitors. We worked with leaders across the ambulance sector of the organisation and met with a range of staff to understand their views. We delivered:
